What the Sword Art Eternity Discord Is For
The Sword Art Eternity Discord is the community hub operated by MOTE Games, the developer behind this Roblox SAO-themed MMORPG. Public Discord directory listings confirm that the MOTE Games server covers Sword Art Eternity alongside the studio's other titles, including SHRED and Beware: Zombies.
The server serves four core purposes for players climbing Aincrad:
| Purpose | What You Get | Why It Matters |
|---|---|---|
| Code announcements | New redeemable codes at release | Codes expire; early redemption secures rewards |
| Update notices | New floors, balance changes, events | Floors 1 and 2 are live with more planned |
| Community support | Bug reports, help channels | Faster answers than third-party forums |
| LFG and trading talk | Party finder for boss attempts | Floor bosses are far safer in groups |
As of October 20, 2026, no permanent, publicly verified Discord invite link for the MOTE Games server has been confirmed. Be cautious of any site claiming an invite URL — expired or fake invites are common around popular Roblox games. Use the official channels listed below instead.
Official Channels vs. Community Alternatives
Not every community labeled "SAO" or "Eternity" is official. Use this comparison to choose the right places to spend your time.
| Channel | Type | Status | Best Used For |
|---|---|---|---|
| Roblox game page | Official | Verified | Playing, social links, update notes |
| MOTE Games community | Official | Verified | Developer posts, group membership |
| MOTE Games Discord | Official | Invite link pending | Codes, announcements, support |
| @MorpheusSAE on YouTube | Official developer | Verified | Trailers, gameplay previews |
| SAO: Project Eternity Roblox group | Legacy community | Active under old name | Historical project community |
| r/swordartonline | Fan community | Active | Franchise discussion, not game codes |
Official Sources First
- Roblox game page social links
- MOTE Games community posts
- Developer YouTube channel
Legacy Group Caution
- The Roblox group still uses SAO: Project Eternity
- Treat it as a related community, not the current official hub
Third-Party Sites
- Game media sites repost codes with delays
- Always cross-check codes against official announcements
Codes such as 1000PLAYERS and FLOOR2STORY were confirmed by third-party media in mid-October 2026, but the announcement originates from the developer's community channels. Joining official channels means you see codes the moment they drop.
How to Join the Community Safely
Follow these steps to reach the official Sword Art Eternity Discord without falling for fake invites.
Start at the Official Game Page
Open the Sword Art Eternity Roblox game page. Roblox game pages display official social links provided directly by the developer, including any connected Discord server.
Check the MOTE Games Community
Visit the MOTE Games community page. Developer communities frequently pin the current Discord invite in the description or announcement wall.
Verify Before Clicking
Confirm the invite was posted by MOTE Games or appears on an official Roblox property. Ignore invite links posted in YouTube comments, random Discords, or unreferenced fan sites.
Read the Rules and Verify
Most Roblox game servers require reading rules and sometimes verifying with a Roblox account link before unlocking announcement and code channels.
Enable Announcements
Turn on notifications for the announcement and code channels so you catch new codes and floor updates as soon as they publish.
If a Discord link is not reachable from the official Roblox game page, the MOTE Games community, or the developer's own posts, treat it as unverified. Waiting a day for a real invite is better than joining a copycat server.
What to Do Once You Join
A Discord server is only useful if you use it well. These are the highest-value actions for a Sword Art Eternity player inside the community.
| Action | Channel Type | Player Benefit |
|---|---|---|
| Redeem new codes immediately | Announcements | Codes can expire after promotional windows |
| Report bugs | Support | Helps developers fix progression blockers |
| Find boss parties | LFG | Floor bosses and elites are group-friendly |
| Track floor releases | Updates | Floor 3+ news will land here first |
| Share builds | Discussion | Compare parry timing and weapon choices |
Community Onboarding Checklist:
- Read the server rules and complete verification
- Enable notifications for the codes channel
- Redeem current codes: 1000PLAYERS and FLOOR2STORY
- Bookmark the LFG channel for boss attempts
- Check the update log for Floor 3 announcements
The two confirmed active codes were verified on October 18–19, 2026. Codes tied to player milestones often expire quickly, so redeem them as soon as you see the announcement.
Avoiding Fake Servers and Scams
Popular Roblox games attract impersonators. Protect your Roblox account and personal information with these habits.

FAQ
Q: Is there an official Sword Art Eternity Discord server?
Yes. Public Discord directory listings confirm a MOTE Games community server covering Sword Art Eternity, SHRED, and Beware: Zombies. However, no permanent verified invite link has been publicly confirmed as of October 2026, so access it through the official Roblox game page or MOTE Games community.
Q: How do I get Sword Art Eternity codes?
Codes are announced first in the developer's community channels. Two codes, 1000PLAYERS and FLOOR2STORY, were confirmed active as of October 18-19, 2026. Redeem them in-game through the code redemption menu, entering each code exactly as published.
Q: Is the SAO: Project Eternity Roblox group the official community?
The group still operates under its old project name SAO: Project Eternity. It is best treated as a related or legacy community rather than the current official hub for Sword Art: Eternity.
Q: Why do Discord invite links stop working?
Invite links can expire, hit member limits, or be rotated by developers to fight spam and impersonators. If a link fails, return to the official Roblox game page or the MOTE Games community for a fresh invite instead of searching for links elsewhere.
